Payroll Mass Time Approval

Summary:

Per Payroll, the following took place when completing the mass time approval in Time Management: 
"When trying to do the mass submit and approval for the time in time management, the process was running fine at first with the entered going to submit, and the submit going to approved. However, after the approved line reached about 2300, it started going backwards to submitted. Once it stopped, the approved went down and was stuck at 16, submitted was around 6900, and the entered was stuck at 70. I resubmitted the mass submit and approval process under Scheduled Process, and it began working again until the approved was up to about 1700, then it went back again
