Hi,

Hoping someone can assist or explain what is happening here. We have our environment locked down by IP so only approved addresses can load and access the Agent Console. This user was VPN'd into our network and was able to load the console, but received Access Denied errors when attempting to view chat content. My gut told me that her VPN connection had stalled, but I was able to confirm that the connection was running via a remote session. A bit stumped here...
