Info to Include section is not visible in Change Salary and Change working hours

Summary:

We want to enable "Info to Include" section in MSS - change Salary and Change Working hours. We can see info to include section in Promote transaction but in other we are unable to view this section. Could you please guide us how do we enable info to include section in all our MSS flows.
