EPM FCCS 24.04 - Consolidation Settings Module

When April Patch got released, Oracle pushed away a list of 9 variables by default to Consolidation Settings Module and two of the variables got enabled by default. Now, I cant disable the variable which are enabled by default. I have raised an SR for this.

The below are the points shared by Oracle:

Consolidation settings module was enabled when the Version upgrade happened to 24.04.
- During the same timeframe, the migration to Consolidation settings was run by Oracle system to transition the Supported list of variables.
- If the Substitution variables are not present, they were created and set to the Defaults as per the documentation shared.
