Tax Rate deleted , still it is showing in AP Invoice UI

It seems there's a discrepancy between the deleted tax codes not showing in the "Manage Tax Rate and Recovery Rate" but still appearing in the Tax classification LOV (List of Values) when entering invoice lines in the Accounts Payable (AP) Invoice UI.

Please help to resolve.
