Procurement navigation not showing on Home screen?

Greetings!

We've found all of sudden that PROCUREMENT navigation is not showing when we logged in.

I check under Home tab as well, but PROC is not showing anywhere , checked roles and privileges as well.

Checked profile options as well but no luck and it's happening to all user accounts. Release- 24A

Kindly help on priority basis as it's impacting lot of current users.
