The custom report is providing blank data to the user ( Receipt and cost accounting details report)

Summary:

Please be informed that we have created a
custom report i.e. " Receipt and cost accounting details report.", but
the user is not getting any data in the report.

However, when we
assign the role of a cost accountant, the data appears, although it
doesn't meet the user's requirement of not having the cost accountant
role.
