Our customer has a requirement of adding DFFs for non-catalog request learning for My Team

We have created DFFs in learning request, but these DFFs are coming for at an employee level, but not for the manager while requesting for the team.
Is there a way how these DFFs can be reflected for the My team learning request for non-catalog.
