Does anyone know if Oracle Labor Distributions can utilize PPM funding patterns?

Summary:

The funding patterns for Oracle Fusion PPM documentation points to funding patterns capability to be used on requisitions and an import of external cost transactions from a third party integration. Our requirement is to load the external costs into the Labor Distribution module with the detail from a 3rd party payroll system and then summarize the import of the costs into Oracle Projects Costing. During import into Labor Costs, we require the system to recognize the funding patterns setup in PPM to preform the split of labor costs across projects.

Our question, does Oracle PPM funding pattern functionality integrate with the Oracle Labor Distributions to split project costs, or is the functionality limited to only Procure-to-pay transactions and Miscellaneous Cost integrations from a third party?
