You can't delete the selected task. (PJF-2235767)

Hi,

When I delete the project tasks. It prompt the error as following.

You can't delete the selected task. (PJF-2235767)
Task Upgrades (****-1234) can't be deleted because it's associated with budget or forecast lines.

The budget original Baseline- the task was assigned to budget. However, there is revision on the budget where the task no longer assign to any budget amount(on current Baseline. Why it still not allow for deletion? or is there a way to delete it?
