Edit columns in Item Structures table&is there any FBDI/REST API to update data to this table

Hi,

This requirement is for Unconstrained Supply Planning.

Currently, the columns like "Component Item Effective Start Date" and "Component Item Effective End Date" are not editable in the Item structures table of Plan Inputs area. Our requirement is to end date a component item in the planning data repository for a particular FG and add another item as an alternate component to the same FG with a start date. But the respective columns are not editable in the item structures table, is there any way that we can edit the dates in plan inputs area without the use of simulation set?
