Fusion HCM Help Desk Bulk Data Correction?
Is there a way to mass update the tickets in Fusion HCM Help Desk ?
We recently went live and now that we are more comfortable with the product we would like to re-categorize and correct the mis-categorized Help Desk tickets data.
Can we do that with a bulk loader or API of some sort ?
