correct method of going live with redwood learning

Summary:

I went through the various threads and I am still looking for a correct clean way of going live with Redwood. We are in the process of testing and want to know some basic and some advanced concepts.

My basic question is whether we have to complete redwood steps including activity sequencing before 24B or after 24B. If we are already enabling redwood does that mean we will get 24B enhancements and we have nothing to do after 24B go live? Are there post-go-live steps for redwood after 24B?
