What does Oracle Cloud use as the out-of-the-box formula for time to fill for a job req?

We are in needing to know what formula and/or calculation Oracle Cloud uses on the out-of-the-box Recruiter Dashboard for Time to Fill (Requisition Aging). We are rebuilding an Oracle report for our needs, but our IT team needs to know what Oracle Cloud is using. Would this information we provided to us?

My Client Groups > Hiring > Recruiter Dashboard > Job Req Aging Date (Time to Fill) – to align with formula in Recruiter Dashboard - Calculation is based from the no of days the job requisition is posted internally e.g 0-30 days, 30-90 days etc
