Chat is not visible on Customer Portal

Hi everyone,

When I log in in Right Now in a account that has the permissions for the chat, I am not able to see in the Customer Portal that there is someone available to help me. It just stays as if there where nobody connected.

I don't get why is this happening. I wish one of you could help me, please!
