Absence Approval not going to User's AOR

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement in Absence Approval rules that when Line Manager is requesting for absence of his direct reportee then it should go to employee's AOR but currently it is going to Manager AOR.
To identify wheather requestor is a line manager or employee we are using additional payload in absence type

In the configuration we have checked but there is only 1 option i.e. Representative of Requestor.

Has anyone faced this type of issue in past or can help me.
