End dated Legal Entity shows up in the dropdown list while creating a project and project templates

Hi,

Summary: We are still able to see the Legal Entity in the drop down while creating a project and project templates even though it is end dated. We do not want to create projects with end dated legal entities

Content : We are able to see an end dated Legal entity while creating project and project templates. Navigation: Setup And Maintenance > Manage Project Templates > Create Project Template > Select Business Unit > Select Legal Entity.

Due to this issue, users are able to create a project template and Project with end dated Legal Entity.
