User Defined pattern is not considered during shipment planning?

Summary:

we are trying to create user defined pattern and trying to plan shipment with reference to this pattern, however OTM is not using this user defined pattern while planning the shipments. If anyone worked on User defined pattern in 3D load configuration, please suggest.

When we use 3D load configuration OTM build shipment as per below image. It is not using any user defined pattern

User pattern what we have created is as follows. Where you can see all plate bundles separated by grey color separator. Which are nothing but Dunnage configured in user pattern.
