Transactional logs in Oracle HCM Payroll

Hi All,

We have requirement where we need to enable the transactional logs to view sensitive data viewed by Un Authorized person. We need to know what are the steps to be followed to enable the transaction level logs or please suggest what kind of logs will provide the information we are looking.

As the logs will be saved for us, will there any costs involved by enabling these logs or it is part of delivered feature
