Smartview 24.100 changes worksheets when moving over SV panel

Summary:

If you have 2+ excel files open, with connected smartviews / forms opened from the SV Panel, randomly when using, if you then goto use the SV panel after using on other sheets / workbooks, just moving your mouse over the SV panel will make it flip excel to another workbook, even though you didnt click on anything - making it impossible to then open anything from the panel without shutting excel down and opening just a single workbook. Very frustrating !

24.100 SV seems to show more screen flickering and slow redrawing of the screen than prior versions. a shame as new features are welcome, but this version is not useable / deployable to our userbase in current state :(
