Auto Submit of one reconciliation on the basis of another Reconciliation

We want to auto submit and auto approve one reconciliation on the basis of another reconciliation in order to avoid duplication of efforts. I used attribute for this, but it is not working.
For example:-
In ARCS, I have a profile 'A' and a profile 'B'.
If the profile 'A' is submitted, I want the profile 'B' to be automatically submitted.
But profile B is not getting automatically submitted.

I tried using attribute in auto submit/auto approve rules of Profile B but it is not working.

Is there a way to achieve this?
