How To modify the cXML date format for punchout purchase order through OBN

Summary:

We are having collaboration messaging setup for purchase order outbound to a supplier from Oracle. This outbound messaging is done through the OBN.

In the transformed message,we are able to see the below date format for orderdate. But our supplier is asking us to send us the data with a specific date format below.

Current format: <OrderRequestHeader orderID="476267" orderDate="2024-05-02T21:44:35+0000" orderType="regular" type="new">


Expected format: <OrderRequestHeader orderID="476267" orderDate="2024-05-02T21:44:35+00:00" orderType="regular" type="new">

Can anyone please let us know if this date format change is possible? If yes, please guide us through the further steps on the change.
