Sickness Absence - Working Days Lost

Is there any way to calculate Working Days Lost in OTBI for sickness absence? We are using the Absence Real Time subject area and have Calendar Days Lost calculating successfully but we're looking to add in Working Days Lost based on work schedule. For example:
Employee #1 - work schedule is Monday to Friday - employee is absent from Tuesday to Friday = 4 Working Days Lost (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday);
Employee #2 - work schedule is Tuesday & Thursday - employee is absent from Tuesday to Friday = 2 Working Days Lost (Tuesday, Friday)
Would appreciate any assistance with this, even if it's some advice on which Subject Area has Work Schedule details.
