To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Tracking/Reporting settings for quiz attempts
Summary:
What is the most optimal setting to achieve the following:
- we have users taking a quiz within the LearnCenter. Upon passing (85%) users are issued a certificate, score is posted under 'courses completed', and course moves from 'started' to 'complete'. Upon failing, course should NOT be marked incomplete, but score should be shown under 'courses started'
- We use both Articulate and Captivate
- Typically we upload in SCORM 1.2
- The issue we're having is that upon scoring a failing grade, some users are being 'completed' thus receiving a certificate.
- We've used all variations of passed/incomplete, passed/failed, complete/incomplete.
- Failed completion status is set to incomplete
