Average salary by compensation zone (getting sum instead of average)

Summary:

I am trying to create a report that will show Minimum, Average and Max salary for each compensation zone (Market A,B,C,D) using Compensation - Salary Details Real Time subject area.
But my salary column is doing a sum instead of average even after selecting an aggregate function. Really scratching my head about this one on where i am going wrong
