Hi Experts,
I have a scenario where we have management and non management staff . Management staff wants to use elapsed shifts whereas non-management staff wants time type shifts to capture their actual IN and Out entries comparison.
I am looking for your expert advise, will there be any impact in Absences or time cards or calendar events etc., if we use both types.
Could you please advise me in this regard.
