Extract Learning Related materials from Learning Assignments

Summary:

We are planning to move our compliance training to a third-party Learning System from Oracle LMS. We need the employee historical data including the Related materials (Certificate of completion attached) as well. I raised a SR with Oracle- SR 3-36607182291: CCC - Extract Learning Resource from Learning Assignments and they have mentioned that it is a CC question :). So, raising it here. How can I get the extract with Employee name, course name and the resource attached to be imported to the third-party system.

Employee Number, Course Name, pdf/jpg etc. file uploaded to Learn the assignment Related materials
