The members within the member selection feature are not appearing on the sales representative login.
After creating an application and importing historical data into the system, I was able to view the data as a service admin. Subsequently, I established user groups and users based on the hierarchy and configured navigation flows with clusters and cards, assigning them to the respective user groups. However, upon logging in as a sales representative (with one of the resources in the hierarchy) and attempting to validate the data by opening the cards, the following message appeared:
"Before you can open this form, you must select a member for each User Variable that the administrator has set up. To do so, on the Home page, click Tools, then User Preferences, and then User Variables."
