Possible workaround to have an access to previous employees that was under HR's AOR

Hello experts,

We implemented Assignment Level Security in our system and this is the reason why some of our HRs that should have an access to assignments don't have an access now.

Example is if an HR with AOR of Legal Employer Malaysia added a global transfer assignment on of the assignments that he has access to.

Once he created the global transfer assignment, and was transferred to AOR Thailand, this HR can't now access the created assignment.

This access is very critical to our business since they are maintaining a certain field on that assignment.

In case you have the same issue, do you have any workaround on how this HR still access the created assignment?
