Need to build a HCM extract to get employee deductions or contribution amount

Summary:

Need to build a HCM extract to get deductions or contribution amount as detail record and in Trailer we need to put count of employees which came in detail

The file should be like

One file record should be sent per employee/deduction code/check date

This means that if an employee has multiple deductions of the same type on the same check date, these should be summed into a single file record
