Contract Std Invoices are getting released automatically

Summary: Contract Standard Invoices are getting released automatically after the invoice is auto approved.

Approve Project Contract Invoice privilege is removed from the role. and notifications are working but the release of invoice is also happening to few users automatically. No such privilege is not assigned but the invoice is getting released automatically.
