Record External Learning Page not opening - Redwood 24B

Summary:

Since 24B was applied we are unable to open the Record External Learning page in Redwood

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When clicking on the Record External Learning via Me > Learning > Actions nothing happens. Have tried with the seeded and custom Employee role. All of the Profile Values are set for Redwood and we have run all of the recommended schedules processes following the upgrade.This was working fine in 24A.
