Is it Possible to Default 'What's the way to transfer' to the only option: "Transfer"? - REDWOOD

Summary:

In the Redwood 'Transfer' process, page 'When and why' contains field 'What's the way to transfer?' which in 24A was defaulted to the only available option "Transfer" but now in 24B this is defaulted to blank (see image). Using VB Studio, it appears that this 'What's the way to transfer?' field is actually represented by field ActionId (see image). All my attempts to set the "Transfer" default value failed (I tried Transfer, EMPL_TRANSFER, and 300000000192098 all with/without quotes, square brackets, etc. with no success (there is no error, but the field default remains blank).

Questions:

· Is it possible to set 'Transfer' as the default value for 'What's the way to transfer?'?
