Planners releasing the work orders from Production Schedule to Work Execution resulting into many updates to downstream systems like WMS and purchase orders for OSP orders. Update on one work order is updating all work orders in the organization and causing updates to go downstream applications like Purchasing for OSP work orders and external stakeholders like suppliers receiving change orders on purchase orders though there is no update on work order. How to restrict work orders not getting updated when there is no update when planners are releasing from PS to WE. Only updates made by planners in PS should
