Issue with Change Assignment approval workflow

Hi Experts!,

We just had encountered an issue regarding a change assignment approval workflow issue, where salary conditions are also included.

Issue:

When the customer submitted a change assignment, by changing working hours approval actually went to line manager as expected as per the rule configuration did in the 1st rule set. Since the salary checking rules are configured in the second rule set (as shown in screenshots), when the approver tries to submit it ending up in an error saying "Reconfigure the ruleset so that approvers are found (referring to the second salary rule set)". When we tried to replicate the same scenario in test for the same employee, it was working as expected. Approver could approve the transaction.
