Event based triggers for HCM Cloud

Summary:

We need real time integration between Oracle HCM and downstream systems , when a new employee is onboarded or terminated , we are expecting Oracle to invoke the OIC integration , we are currently having the employee outbound , store the copy in ATP and subsequently systems PULL the data in batches .

Is there any way , Oracle HCM can trigger the OIC integration upon events like onboarding ,offboarding and updates .

Appreciate any leads on this .
