HCM Production data needs to be masked conditionally
Rather than the non-production environment (we know that sensitive data can be masked in non-prod during P2T), we need to conditionally mask production data such as salary, grades, NID, performance data, etc. to the IT Specialists who are work on the production instance and create custom data models with custom SQL. The related table fields should be hidden or masked to them
