PO Obligation amounts not matching between BCAR and Manage Committed Costs

Hi,

We are trying to build a report and while testing we noticed that the PO obligation amounts are not matching between Budgetary Control Analysis Report (BCAR) and the Manage Committed Costs in Projects module. When we tried to debug further, we noticed that the POs in Finally Closed status are causing this difference.

Amounts on Finally Closed POs are showing as Reserved in BCAR report and the same is not shown in Manage Committed Costs which is intended because this page will show only Open POs. Any inputs as to why BCAR report is still showing the finally closed PO amounts as obligations? how to relieve these amounts? do we need to run any process or are we missing any configuration? please help, thanks.
