Hi - since 24B was applied - in one of the environments on our route-to-live, we are unable to use

Me > Record External Learning
My Team > Record External Learning
My Team > Assign Learning

Clicking on these 'Action' options produces no response.

We have an open SR with Oracle, but curious to see if anyone else has experienced/resolved this?
