What is the purpose of the Country dropdown in Disability?

Currently Disability Info section shows Country field, and it consists of different countries. What is the purpose of selecting Country here, since employee's address details are already captured in HCM, shouldn't the Country details be flown from it?

And, even if we have to show the Country, there should be an option to default Country.
