Customer SHIP_TO site creation using REST API

Summary:

We are having an issue with customer site creation in oracle fusion where the customers created only with the DELIVER_TO site, now we would like identify such records in fusion and need to create customer SHIP_TO site and link the BILL_TO location for SHIP_TO site for such customers. We are planning to correct customers using REST API, could you please share steps to call the REST API to correct customer sites in fusion?
