Course publish start date changes dates

Summary:

Admin creates a course with a publish start date of 5/10/2024 however, when an employee searches for the course it shows a publish start date one day prior of 5/9/2024. How is this fixed or is this a bug?

In the image you can see the Redwood Test Course 3 has a publish start date of 5/10/2024 from the admin view

Searching for the course on the front end the Published on date is one day prior to what was set in the admin page, how is this issue fixed?
