Project Resource variance

I have created an analysis that reflects the variance of actual cost to the budget at resource level and also the variance of the same cost but related to the whole project budget.

the issue is that for the Absolute variance (Resource Actual /project total budget ), I can't capture the total amount as the analysis always retrieves the resource budget

I want it to work like the picture below
