Do we have rest API to create change order and split PO line schedules in bulk

Summary:

We have a requirement to update incorrect charge account on the existing 1k+ of open POs. I think we need to use the split schedule option to split the existing PO line schedules and update the distribution details. For performing these activities in bulk, i am trying to find a rest API but not successful yet
