Dep Tree>Ability to Set and Get the Effective Start Date of the Parent Dep>View PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE_V
Summary:
Department Tree > Ability to Set and Get the Effective Start Date of the Parent Department > View PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE_V
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hello,
As per the doc. for the view PER_DEPT_TREE_NODE_V, it returns fields including ORGANIZATION_ID, EFFECTIVE_START_DATE, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE and PARENT_ORGANIZATION_ID, PARENT_EFFECTIVE_START_DATE, PARENT_EFFECTIVE_END_DATE
For the field PARENT_PK2_VALUE (PARENT_EFFECTIVE_START_DATE) and PARENT_PK3_VALUE (PARENT_EFFECTIVE_END_DATE): Are these fields related to the effective start date and effective end date of the parent department? Or the field PARENT_EFFECTIVE_START_DATE represents the date when a department is added as parent in the department tree?
