Offering Initiatives for Renewal Courses

Summary:

We have few Renewals Courses which are assigned based on previous completions, which are working fine on Course level in No Active Offering Status.

We as well have setup Offering Initiative Using Analysis to check on Current Date which ever employee has No Active Offering Status on Such courses to create a Offering Level Assignment so that they need not assign again in Offering and system creates a Link between Course & Offering Assignments.

This worked fine until last month, Now we are seeing issues where Offering Assignments are created for many staff, OTBI Analysis when choose for that particular date, shows the data that should have got assigned on that particular date.
