Apply selected Position change - How to set Who are able to flag the fields in the pop-up?

We would like to remove the ability to flag the fields in the pop-up for certain roles only?

Hi all,

As you can see below, when we do a transfer or a change assignment and we are able to change the position of the employee, the "Apply Selected Position Changes" appears and for some fields we are enabled to remove the flag to not inherit them from the position.

We would to know if it is possible to give this ability (check/ uncheck the flag) to specific roles.
