Not able to hide "Note to Learner" on "Request NonCatalog Learning"

Navigation My Team - Learning - Search - Request NonCatalog Learning

It looks like the Note to Learner is a new field which comes with Redwood. We have been looking in VBS but didn't find any way to hide it.

Does anyone know of a possibility to hide this field? We only managed to gray it out.
