Skipped Assignments - Unknown Error Code

Summary:

We are seeing many records in my client groups→learning→ Learning Assignments→Skipped Assignments with Error Code as "Unknown Error", Is there a way to get more details on the error that made these assignments to Error. Either from Backend tables or UI?
