Ability to dynamically Encrypt/decrypt message based on a secret key during data replication in Oracle Golden Gate

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

As per our Organisation future Tech stratergy , all the data transfer is bound to happend via Azure Event Hub. From OIC , Since we don't have an adapter to connect to Azure Event Hub yet , we have used Oracle Golden gate which supports data replication from Azure Event Hub to oracle ATP database.For secure data replication , we request Oracle to provide Ability to dynamically Encrypt/decrypt message based on a secret key during data replication in Oracle Golden Gate.
